Ticket

The Ticket menu is used to create, search, and manage support tickets, including submitting new requests and communicating through comments for issue tracking and resolution.

Creating a New Ticket

This section explains how to create a new support ticket.

  1. Open the Ticket page.
  2. Select Create New Ticket.
  3. Complete the ticket form.
  4. Select Submit Ticket.

Note: Provide a clear title and description to help resolve your ticket quickly.

Searching Ticket Titles

This section explains how to search for tickets by title.

  1. Open the Ticket page.
  2. Select the Search Tickets field.
  3. Enter a keyword.
  4. Review the filtered list of tickets.

Posting a Comment on a Ticket

This section explains how to add a comment to an existing ticket.

  1. Open the Ticket page.
  2. Select a ticket row.
  3. Enter text in the Add Your Comments field.
  4. Select Post Comment.
