The Ticket menu is used to create, search, and manage support tickets, including submitting new requests and communicating through comments for issue tracking and resolution.
Creating a New Ticket

- Open the Ticket page.
- Select Create New Ticket.
- Complete the ticket form.
- Select Submit Ticket.

Searching Ticket Titles

- Open the Ticket page.
- Select the Search Tickets field.
- Enter a keyword.
- Review the filtered list of tickets.
Posting a Comment on a Ticket
This section explains how to add a comment to an existing ticket.
- Open the Ticket page.
- Select a ticket row.
- Enter text in the Add Your Comments field.
- Select Post Comment.
