Settings

Company

Use this feature to update company profile information, including name, address, and contact details, to keep records accurate and current.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the Company tab.
  3. Enter the latest company information in the required fields.
  4. Click Update Company to save your changes.

Config Pages

The Config Pages submenu manages system configuration at the module level. It allows you to enable or disable compliance modules and set notification cycles to align platform behavior with organizational policies.

Change Module Status

Enable or disable compliance modules as needed to keep only relevant modules active.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the Config Pages tab.
  3. Toggle the switch on the relevant compliance module to change its status.

Change Notification Cycle Frequency

Set how often the system sends automated notifications to ensure reminders and updates match your operational schedule.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the Config Pages tab.
  3. Click the Notification Interval field.
  4. Select the desired notification frequency from the available options.

List URL

The List URL submenu is used to manage the system's monitored website URLs, including adding, updating, searching, and deleting URLs, as well as defining scan frequency and primary URL settings to support continuous website scanning.

Change Scan Frequency

This function lets you adjust how often the system scans a specific URL to meet monitoring needs.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the List URL tab.
  3. Select the frequency field on the relevant URL.
  4. Choose the desired frequency value.

Add a New URL

This function registers a new website URL for monitoring and vulnerability scanning.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the List URL tab.
  3. Click the Add URL button.
  4. Complete the required fields in the form.
  5. Click the Add URL button to save.

Search for a URL

This function helps you find a specific URL in the registered list using a keyword search.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the List URL tab.
  3. Click the Search URLs field.
  4. Enter the search keyword.
  5. View the filtered list of matching URLs.

Edit a URL

This function lets you modify the configuration of an existing URL, including domain details and scan settings.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the List URL tab.
  3. Click the edit button on the desired URL row.
  4. Update the required fields.
  5. Click the Save button.

Delete a URL

Use this function to remove a URL from the monitoring list when it is no longer needed.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the List URL tab.
  3. Click the delete button on the selected URL.

Note: Deleted URLs will no longer be included in scheduled scans.

Set URL as Main URL

This function sets a specific URL as the primary reference for reporting and monitoring.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the List URL tab.
  3. Click the Set as Main URL button on the selected URL row.

Note: Only one URL can be set as the main URL at a time.

Divisions

The Divisions submenu manages organizational divisions, allowing you to create, update, delete, and search division records for efficient user and asset assignment.

Add a New Division

Use this function to create and register a new division in the system.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the Divisions tab.
  3. Click the Add Divisions button.
  4. Complete the required fields in the form.
  5. Click the Add Division button.

Edit a Division

Use this function to update division information as organizational changes occur.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the Divisions tab.
  3. Click the edit button on the relevant division row.
  4. Update the required fields.
  5. Click the Save button.

Delete a Division

Use this function to remove divisions that are no longer needed.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the Divisions tab.
  3. Click the delete button on the relevant division row.

Note: Deleting a division can impact users or assets assigned to it.

Search for a Division

Use this function to locate a specific division by keyword search.

  1. Open the Settings page.
  2. Select the Divisions tab.
  3. Click the Search Divisions field.
  4. Enter the search keyword.
  5. View the list of matching divisions.
